It’s two steps. Two steps across from where you are to exactly where you want to be.
We start by getting clear on everything you dream of achieving in your life from a lifestyle, emotional, nutritional, physical and hormonal perspective. I want to know everything! Don’t hold back or stand in your own way – define your life.
After that and over a series of sessions (lots of little steps) we implement easy-mum tools and strategies to start working towards and achieving each and every goal you dream of. What you eat becomes the cells that make you, amazing, unique, you! So we take a look at what you’re eating, energy levels, how your body is responding and where you’d love your body to be. (This is also where all the body loving comes in and guilt, stress and toxic-anything goes out.)
It can feel like you’ve tried everything under the sun. Everything is about the next best diet; low-carb, high fat/Keto or Paleo. Quick fitness fixes whilst showing what your body ‘should’ look like as a mum. All you want is to feel happy, healthy and confident in your own body.
