We start by getting clear on everything that is going in your life and body right now. We go through a cycle analysis together and really tune into any signals the body is sharing. At this stage you also have the space to clarify everything that you truly want your body to feel like and how this fits in line with your lifestyle, emotional, nutritional and physical. After that and over a series of sessions we delve into all of the signs that are popping up in your body and implement easy tools and strategies together to start working towards and achieving the balance that you truly deserve.
