I really enjoyed the course. It was great to take 15 minutes out of the day to focus on myself. The course set up was really easy to follow and the videos were very informative. The 5-Day pelvic floor challenge was a fun and amazing program!...Kirsty has made it that you literally just need 10 minutes a day to squeeze those exercises in! Starting with an explanation as to why exercising the pelvic floor is important and raising awareness that all the complications after giving birth are nothing we need to live with but can actually work on to feel better helped me getting motivated. The exercises were very well explained and were easy to follow even for complete beginners like me. What is really great about the exercises and the workout sheet Kirsty has made is that you literally just need 10 minutes a day to squeeze those exercises in which is very convenient when you are super busy all day with your baby. The worksheets and videos are immensely helpful especially if you feel like you’ve forgotten bits of the exercise, you can just look up your own notes or check the videos again. I really enjoyed the program and can definitely recommend it!

Kirsty Lewis' Got Vitality program was easy to follow and quick for moms who need to spend a few minutes a day on self-care before they have to get back to their children.
